A Safe Space

Both QHHT and Transformational Breathwork can induce altered states of consciousness.

As a trained facilitator I will guide you through the process. Whether it's as a hypnotherapist conducting past life regression or a breathwork coach leading a session, my role is to provide support, create a safe space, and allow you to be heard and felt during these sessions.

Both practices can lead to emotional release and catharsis. You may experience a range of emotions, from joy and bliss to sadness or fear, as you explore past experiences or release pent-up energy stored in the body. All results will expand your understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the universe, promoting positive change and growth.
